Last updated: 2026-08-23. These terms apply to listing-film production sold under the Frontage name by Gabriel Homoky ("I", "me"), Hungary, to business customers.
An order is confirmed when you accept a written quote (email is fine) and pay the deposit. The quote states the scope, the fee, the delivery date and the number of revision rounds. Anything not in the quote is out of scope.
50% of the fee is due before work starts, 50% on delivery of the final files. Card or bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP. Fees exclude VAT; for business customers outside Hungary the reverse-charge or out-of-scope rule applies and no Hungarian VAT is charged. An invoice is issued for every payment.
You confirm that you hold the rights to use the photos, plans, figures and logos you send, and that I may use them solely to produce your film. I do not publish your material or your film without your permission. Concept cuts shown on this site are built from publicly available listings, are labeled as such, and are removed within 24 hours at the listing broker's request.
You receive the film in the formats stated in the quote. One revision round is included unless the quote says otherwise. If the first cut is not usable and a revision cannot fix it, the deposit is refunded and the order ends.
On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, copy, edit, distribute and sublicense the delivered film for marketing the listing and your business, and I assign to you whatever copyright subsists in the delivered work. Parts of the film are produced with AI tools; unmodified AI-generated elements may not attract copyright protection in some jurisdictions, including the United States and the European Union, and I do not warrant that you will hold an enforceable copyright in those elements. My production templates, tooling and process remain mine.
The camera motion in each shot is software-generated from your photographs. Every delivered film carries an "AI-assisted motion" line on the end card. You agree not to remove it where disclosure is required by law, including the EU AI Act (Article 50) and state real-estate advertising rules in the United States.
Every figure shown on screen is taken from the material you provide or from your public listing. You check the figures in the delivered film before publishing it.
My total liability under an order is limited to the fee paid for that order. I am not liable for indirect losses, lost deals or lost profits.
Messages sent under the Frontage name to US recipients are commercial messages under the CAN-SPAM Act: each one identifies itself as such, carries a postal address and a working opt-out, and opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days, in practice within 5 working days.
Hungarian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply to you.
