What I process and why

• Business contact data of commercial real-estate professionals (name, firm, role, business email, phone, listing URL). Source: public listing platforms (Crexi, LoopNet), brokerage websites and public professional profiles. Purpose: to send you one short message about a film cut from your specific listing, and to follow up at most once. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering a relevant business service to the person who publicly markets that listing. I contact only the named listing contact, at the business address published for that listing, with a one-line opt-out.
• Client data (contact details, order details, invoices). Purpose: performing the contract and meeting accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Retention: as required by Hungarian accounting law (8 years for invoices).
• Website: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Concept-cut pages record that the page was opened and the film was played, without identifying you. Cloudflare, the hosting provider, processes technical request data (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site.

Opting out

Reply "no" to any message, or write to gabriel@automating.space, and I stop contacting you and delete your contact record within 5 working days. Your email address is kept on an internal suppression list only so that you are not contacted again.

For US recipients: every commercial email identifies itself as such and carries a postal address and this opt-out, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires; opt-outs are honored well inside the 10 business days the Act allows. California residents can additionally ask what personal information I hold about them and have it deleted (CCPA); the answer is the business contact data listed above, and the same email address handles the request.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time. Write to the address above. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Hungary this is the NAIH (naih.hu).

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and email routing, USA/EU), Resend (outbound email, USA), Google (mailbox), Apify (collection of public listing data), Stripe and Wise (payments, when used). Data may be transferred outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Concept cuts on this site are built from publicly available listing material and labeled as such. If you are the broker of a listing used in a concept cut and want it removed, email me and it is taken down within 24 hours.
